Can't connect to your router?
Connect your phone to the router's Wi-Fi, then confirm its address and credentials work in the router's web interface. Common local addresses include 192.168.8.1. Android accepts private IPv4 router addresses only. Turn off VPN if it prevents local network access. Do not send us your password or router address.
4G / 5G signal readings missing?
Values appear only when your router exposes them through its Huawei API. 5G NR readings require a compatible 5G router and firmware. An LTE-only router cannot provide 5G measurements. Actual compatibility varies by device and firmware; a physical B818-263 has not yet been verified with the newer login changes.
iOS Pro purchase or restore
On iOS, open the Pro tab and choose Restore purchases using the same Apple Account. Subscription changes and cancellations are managed in Apple Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If Pro still doesn't activate, email us without sharing your Apple password. The Android test build has no purchases; an iOS purchase cannot currently be restored on Android.
Share a diagnostic log safely
On iOS, use Share diagnostic log on the login screen or Overview only if you choose to. Review its contents before sending. The app is designed to exclude passwords, router addresses, cookies and tokens from this in-app report. Android does not automatically upload logs. Never send a full router web-admin export or credentials.
