1. Router connection and local data
You enter your router's address, username and password to connect to its web interface over your local network. On iOS, credentials are saved in the Apple Keychain; on Android, they are encrypted on the device using Android Keystore. The app reads available signal, network, device and usage measurements from your router. Android accepts private local IPv4 addresses; some routers use plain HTTP on the local Wi-Fi, which does not provide transport encryption. Use your router's HTTPS option when available and trusted.
Measurements and recent signal history are processed on your device; we do not operate a router-data collection server. iOS can export history as a local file at your request. Android's test build keeps its short history in memory. Uninstalling Android removes its app-local data (Android app backups are disabled). On iOS, Keychain entries may persist after uninstall depending on iOS behavior; saving new credentials in the app replaces the old values.
2. iOS purchases
On iOS, purchases and restorations are handled by Apple and the RevenueCat SDK. To deliver Pro access, RevenueCat may process an app-specific customer identifier, purchase/transaction information and entitlement status. We use this information for purchase functionality, not for advertising or tracking you across other companies' apps or websites. Apple handles payment credentials; LTE Manager does not receive your full card details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy for their processing and retention practices. The Android test build does not include purchases or RevenueCat.
3. Support and diagnostics
If you email us, we receive the address and contents you choose to send and use them to respond and resolve your request. Please do not send passwords, router addresses, complete admin exports or payment information. On iOS, sharing the in-app diagnostic log is voluntary; the shareable report is designed to exclude credentials, router addresses, cookies and verification tokens. The app does not upload that report automatically. Your chosen email or sharing provider may process messages under its own policies. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to handle it and legal obligations; ask us to delete it when possible.
4. Website and external links
This static site is hosted by Vercel. We do not add analytics, advertising pixels, trackers or our own cookies to these pages. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, time and browser information to deliver and protect the site; see Vercel's privacy policy. If you choose to open Telegram or the external cell-map service from the iOS app, those services handle your visit under their own policies. We do not control their websites.
6. Choices, retention and your rights
You can stop using the router connection, manage saved credentials in the app, manage iOS subscriptions in Apple Settings and choose whether to share a diagnostic report. For questions, access, correction or deletion requests, email tarana.alex@gmail.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. Apple's and RevenueCat's transaction retention may be subject to their independent obligations. If you are in the EEA, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Children and changes
LTE Manager is a router utility and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. If this policy changes, the updated date and text will appear here.
